MANAGING YOUR PROPERTY
Once we have agreed upon the selection of you new residents, we will help you navigate the process of preparing for your new arrival. Entry and inventory reports are diarised and coupled with a video recording of your home’s condition. This material can be viewed through an Owner Portal, which we set up for you.
Upon arrival, an Executive Residents Welcoming Guide is provided to your new residents. This guide sets out “Your Home’s Story”, identifying important points of information about your home, while also detailing the responsibilities of residents during their stay. We like to treat residents as our guests and thus promote the ARRIVE mantra – It all begins with Respect. We ask residents to treat your home with the respect it deserves.
YOUR RESIDENT’S STAY
Residents portals are provided to our residents, enabling them to easily pay rent, report any maintenance issues, and efficiently communicate with their Arrive partner. Rent can be paid to you when you nominate and your Owner Portal will enable you to view your balances, invoices due, and statements anytime, anywhere.
When reviewing a tenancy renewal, we scrutinise the current economic market place and recommend a plan for action. Of course, we will communicate with you throughout the entire process, accompanying you as you proceed through this stage.
Our efficient renewal monitoring process encourages residents to provide plenty of notice should they intend to vacate. Our leasing experts will then guide you through the process of re-letting your home.
A final inspection and Exit Report will be completed. At this point, we will work with you to identify any potential property improvements so as to enhance your future rental returns and capital growth. Your ARRIVE partner will accompany you every step of the way, helping you find the ideal residents for your home.
